INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb Ground Organic Turkey
- 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika, garlic & onion powder
- Himalayan salt / pepper to taste
- 4 cups shredded salad mix
- 1/2 cup diced red onion, black olives & fresh cilantro
- 1 avocado, diced
- Siete Salsa (sugar free)
- Lime Wedges
DIRECTIONS:
- In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat then add the ground beef or turkey and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add the chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet with the cooked meat. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, sliced black olives, avocado and chopped fresh cilantro.
- Spoon taco meat mixture over the salad, drizzle with salsa and fresh lime juice
