Eat Good Fat? What Does That Mean?

The Cellular Healing Diet consists of 65% healthy fats, 30-35% clean proteins and 5% or less of carbohydrates from greens.  It’s understandable to question a diet this high in fat. We’ve been conditioned to see all fat as bad and equate it to being overweight. That’s simply not true, and the science is now pointing to diets high in plant and various animal fats actually help the body, and your cells to heal.
