1.5 Cups Raw Cashews (soaked)
3 TBSP Nutritional Yeast
1/5 TSP Garlic Powder
1/5 TSP Onion Powder
1 TSP Himalayan Salt
Juice of 1 Lemon
2 TSP Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 Cups Nut Milk
10oz Spinach (frozen)
1 Can Artichokes (drained)
Chopped carrots or bell peppers
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Add garlic powder, salt and pepper, soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, and lemon juice in a bowl. Using a blender, blend ingredients until smooth.
- Place artichoke hearts and spinach into the dish.
- Pour cashew cheese blend over the spinach and artichoke hearts and mix.
