“Cheesy” Roasted Cauliflower

  • 1 Large Head Of Cauliflower
  • 3 TBSP Avocado Oil
  • 3 TBSP Nutritional Yeast Powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1⁄2 tsp Himalayan Salt
  • Pinch of Cayenne Pepper (optional)


Add chopped cauliflower to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle Avocado Oil, mixing well to ensure fully coated. Slowly add nutritional yeast and smoked paprika, mixing with your hands to ensure all florets are well covered.

Spread evenly onto a baking sheet. Bake at 420F for 30 min, stirring the mixture every 10 min until golden brown.

Remove and serve. Feel free to add any additional salt, nutritional yeast or cayenne pepper for some extra flavor
