Chocolate Energy Bars

1/2 Cup Coconut Oil

1/2 Cup Raw Cacao Butter

1/4 Cup Laktano Syrup or Date Syrup

1/2 Cup Raw Cacao Powder

1.5 Cups Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

1/2 Cup Chia Seeds

1 TSP Vanilla Paste


  • Line a 9×13 baking dish with unbleached parchment paper.
  • Melt coconut oil and butter in a pan on low heat then add syrup and mix well
  • Stir in cacao powder, shredded coconut and chia seeds. Remove from heat, then add the vanilla paste, mixing well
  • Pour the mixture into the baking dish and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  • Cut into bars and enjoy!
