Chocolate Goji Berry Crunch Drops

  • 20 Ounces Organic Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 6 Oz Dried Goji Berries
  • 8 Oz Favorite Nut (Almond, Cashew, Pecan, Walnut etc) Chopped
  • 1/4 TSP Himalayan Salt
  • Pinch Himalayan Salt For Topping


  • Melt chocolate chips using a double boiler (small sauce pan over a larger pot with boiling water)
  • Once melted, stir in 1/4 tsp salt, Goji berries and nuts. Stir until mixed well
  • Use a spoon to drop onto parchment paper lined baking tray, approximately 2” drops
  • Sprinkle Salt on top of each drop
  • Place in freezer for 10-15 min then serve or refrigerate until serving.
