Ginger-Lime-Chia Greens Drink

This limey greens drink will refresh your electrolytes and keep you hydrated longer…. when you have chia seeds in liquids, they slowly release water as you break them down in your gut.



  • 1 C Organic spinach
  • 3 Stalks organic celery
  • 1/2 C Seeded organic cucumber
  • 1/4 C Fresh organic flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 T Fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 t Fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 t  Organic lime zest
  • 1 Dash of Himalayan salt
  • 1 t Organic chia seeds



Put all the ingredients in a blender and drink fresh.

Let sit for 5 min so the Chia seeds can hydrate before drinking.
