Jalapeño Bacon Fat Bomb Poppers

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 oz Grass-Fed Cream Cheese
  • 5-6 Pieces Cooked Turkey/Beef Bacon
  • 1 TBSP Coconut Oil
  • 2 Medium Jalapeño Peppers
  • 1 TSP Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 TSP Onion Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Garlic Powder
  • 1/8th TSP Ground Pepper
  • 1/8th TSP Himalayan Salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Remove the seeds from the jalapeño pepper, chop finely into pieces as small as you can
  2. In a medium mixing bowl combine cream cheese, jalapeños, and all the spices until thoroughly mixed
  3. Add melted coconut oil, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for 10-15 min to allow it to harden
  5. Remove from refrigerator, roll into 6-8 balls, then roll in the chopped turkey bacon, coating completely.

Fat Content: ~26g
Protein Content: ~5g
Net Carbohydrate Content: ~2g
