“No Sugar” Cookies

  • 2 1⁄2 cups Nut Flower (Cashew or Almond)
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1/4 tsp SweetLeaf Liquid Stevia
  • 1⁄2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1⁄4 tsp Himalayan Salt
  • 2 tsp Melted Grass-fed Butter


  1. Combine all ingredients and mix by hand or with a Kitchen Aid mixer using the batter blade
  2. Take batter and form with hands into desired cookie size. Place on baking sheet that has a wet paper towel under a layer of parchment paper (Prevents cookie from sticking)
  3. Bake at 350F for 10-12 min or until golden brown.
  4. Remove, cool and serve
