Protein Power Balls

INGREDIENTS: (All Organic)

  • 16 Medjool Dates (Pitted)
  • 3/4 CUP Raw Almonds
  • 1/2 CUP Shredded Coconut (Unsweet)
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 TSP Himalayan Salt
  • 2 TBSP Cacao Nibs

* PurePath Bone Broth Protein, Grass-Fed Whey or Perfect Plant Protein

PREPARATION:

  • Place dates and almonds into a food processor and pulse until almonds are coarsely chopped.
  • Add coconut, protein powder, vanilla and Himalayan salt and pulse until the batter sticks together.
  • Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and stir in the Cacao Nibs until mixed.
  • Roll into 20-25 balls (about 1” diameter) and place into a glass container.
  • Refrigerate for 30 min before serving.
