Ingredients:
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp organic pumpkin puree
- 1 oz Kite Hill cream cheese
- 1 tbsp MCT oil
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp powdered Stevia or monk fruit
- 1 scoop vanilla collagen protein powder
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 3-4 ice cubes
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for roughly 30-40 seconds. Smoothie should look well-mixed and ice should be in tiny pieces. Transfer smoothie into a large glass and enjoy for an energized breakfast!
