Spicy Chia Deviled Eggs

  • 6 large organic eggs
  • 1 TBSP Red Curry Paste
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil mayo
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds


  1. Hard-boil the eggs, cool, peel, cut in half and place the yolks in a separate bowl
  2. Add the curry paste, avocado mayo, and salt to the yolks, mixing until creamy
  3. Place the yolk mixture into a piping bag and evenly distribute back into the hard-boiled egg white halves
  4. Garnish with chia seeds and serve.

Makes 12 deviled eggs
