Ultimate Chocolate Fat Bomb Smoothie

  • 1 Full Can “Full Fat/Classic” canned coconut milk**
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 2 TBSP ground Chia Seeds
  • 1 TBSP MCT Oil
  • 4 TBSP Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1 full dropper liquid stevia
  • 1/2-1 cup ice
  • (Optional: Vanilla / Toffee Flavored) Cacao Nibs

** It’s important that coconut milk be canned and in its original/full fat state. Avoid “light” or coconut milk in a carton.


  1. Pour 1 full can of “full fat” coconut milk into a blender and mix well. (Most canned coconut milk will be separated into fat and water – this ensures the milk is thoroughly mixed before adding other ingredients)
  2. Add avocado – blend until thoroughly mixed
  3. Add ice, chia seeds, MCT oil, cacao, and stevia – blending until thoroughly mixed
  4. Pour into a glass and serve garnished with cacao nibs

Fat Content: ~115g

Protein Content: ~8g

Net Carbohydrate Content: ~2g
