Flank Steak

Flank Steak

  • 1/3 cup grapeseed oil
  • ¼ cup coconut aminos
  • 2 Tbsp lime or lemon juice
  • 2 pounds flank steak
  • Salt and pepper

Preheat broiler to high heat.  Whisk grapeseed oil, aminos, lemon or lime juice.  Massage steak with marinade. Marinate for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.  Place steak on baking sheet.  Broil for about 6 minutes per side.  Remove from broiler and let rest for 5 minutes.
