Avocado Spread

Holy guacamole! Start our morning with the right fat on your side! This breakfast is known to lower cholesterol and triglycerides. Not to mention its tasty too!

Ingredients

  • 4 Avocados
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • handfull of  organic roaine lettuce leaves, thinly sliced as possible
  • 1 diced yellow pepper
  • 1 diced spring onion
  • 1 handful pumpkin seeds, toasted

 Directions

  • Put 2 avocados into a blender or food processor with lemon juice
  • Blend until smooth and creamy
  • Place mixture in a large bowl
  • Take 2 other avocados unpit and dice into pieces
  • Add the avocado slices, lettuce, yellow pepper, onion, and seeds to bowl
  • Mix all ingredients well
  • Serve on coconut almond bread or your favorite grass fed beef patty
