Bison Meatballs

  • 2 pounds of bison
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 3 Tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/ 2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp thyme
  • 2 Tbsp coconut aminos

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together. Form into 1 inch balls and place on a baking sheet lightly coated with coconut oil.  Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
