Bok Choy

  • 1 bunch of bok choy chopped
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or butter
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • salt and pepper

Heat skillet over medium to high heat and add oil.  Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.  Add chopped bok choy and cook for 2-3 minutes or until desired tenderness. Serve immediately.
