Chai and Spice Smoothie

Want to add a little excitement to your morning smoothie?  This is the perfect way.  Rich and flavorful and so so good for you!!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can organic whole fat coconut milk (make certain to get BPA free cans such as Native Forest)
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 level scoop Vanilla Perfect Protein
  • Pinch of organic cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground organic cardamom
  • 2-3 whole organic cloves (or 1/4-1/2 teaspoon ground cloves)
  • Pinch of organic ginger

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a heavy-duty blender (like a Vita-Mix) and blend.
  2. Adjust spices to taste.
