Chicken Sausage Sautéed Sauerkraut
As I’m sure you are aware, hot dogs are a wrapped bomb of toxic meats and various chemical additives. If your looking for an excellent ketogenic substitute, try our Chicken Sausage. You can even kick it up a notch by adding fresh fermented sauerkraut.
These are sure to be a hit with your kids and at any summer grilling party
- 1 lb organic free range chicken sausage, sliced
- 1 lb fermented sauerkraut (See recipe here)
- 4-5 sliced dill pickles
- 2 tbsp organic dijon mustard
Most chicken sausage comes pre-cooked, but make sure you heat them thoroughly. Scoop the raw sauerkraut as a side or place all toppings on top of the sausage. Enjoy!
