Dill Salmon

Salmon is one of the world’s superfoods, high in Omega-3 fatty acids, protein, Vitamin D and so much more. This dill recipe is sure to be a big hit around the dinner table. It’s got nutrition and flavor!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Wild-caught salmon
  • Sea salt
  • Dijon mustard
  • Fresh dill

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Spray baking sheet with grapeseed oil spray.
  • Salt salmon and place on baking sheet.
  • Add a thin layer of Dijon mustard and coat with dill.
  • Bake for 20-22 minutes depending on size of fish, then broil for 5-7 minutes.
