Egg Nog smoothie
Delicious anytime of year…. try this and get a kick of protein and collagen.
Great for your bones and joints.
- 1 Can Organic full-fat coconut milk
- 2 Raw free-range, organic eggs
- 2 T Collagen powder
- 2 T MCT oil
- 1 & 1/2 tsp Organic vanilla extract
- 1/2 t Cinnamon
- Dash of Nutmeg
- Pinch of Sea salt
- Monk fruit or xylitol to taste
Put all ingredients except for the collagen in a high-speed blender and mix
Incorporate the collagen, after a few minutes of blending.
