Fresh Blueberry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup fresh, organic blueberries
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 30 g grass fed whey protein powder

 

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until it smooths out into a delicious smoothie! Top with some chia or flax seeds and garnish with mint if desired.
