Fresh Blueberry Protein Smoothie
Total time: 5-6 mins
- 1 cup almond milk
- ¼ cup fresh, organic blueberries
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 30 g grass fed whey protein powder
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until it smooths out into a delicious smoothie! Top with some chia or flax seeds and garnish with mint if desired.
