Grainless Lemon Bars

Crust: 

  • 1 CUP almond flour
  • 1/4 TSP sea salt
  • 2 TBSP xylitol
  • 1 TBSP coconut oil
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • 1 TBSP vanilla

Filling: 

  • 1/4 CUP almond flour
  • 1/4 CUP xylitol
  • 2 TSP stevia
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 C fresh lemon juice
