Matcha tea, also known as Japanese ceremonial tea, comes in a beautiful green powder form. It makes a delightful high energy drink that can reduce anxiety due to the amino acid it contains – theanine. It has been a daily part of Zen monks diets for centuries.

This latte delivers a good dose of fats and antioxidants – it will help keep you alert and relaxed throughout the day.
