Pumpkin Spice Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp organic pumpkin puree
  • 1 oz grass-fed cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp powdered Stevia
  • 1 scoop grass-fed vanilla whey protein
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 3-4 ice cubes

 

Instructions:

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for roughly 30-40 seconds. Smoothie should look well-mixed and ice should be in tiny pieces. Transfer smoothie into a large glass and enjoy for an energized breakfast!
