Roasted Carrot Fries

Craving that satisfying crunch? Feeling the need to dip? Maybe you’ve got a summer cook-out coming up. These roasted carrot fries are the healthy answer.

Ingredients:

  • 6 large carrots
  • 
3 Tbsp. avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:

Cut each carrot into “french fry” slices.

In a bowl toss carrot with oil and seasonings.

Spread carrots on an oil greased baking sheet.

Bake at 425° for 18-22 minutes until carrots are 
browned.
