Salmon Veracruz

Ingredients

  • 1 lb wild-caught Alaskan salmon
  • 2 cups fermented salsa 
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • ¼ cup green or black olives
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp salt & pepper

Directions

  • Place salmon in a baking dish, skin side down
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a medium bowl
  • Pour over the salmon and cook at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
