Spiced Walnut Hummus

INGREDIENTS: (All Organic)

  • 1 CUP Walnuts (toasted)
  • 1 TBSP Coconut/Walnut Oil
  • 2 CANS chickpeas (drained)
  • 1/2 CUP Primal Italian Vinaigrette
  • 1/2 TSP Cayenne Pepper

PREPARATION:

  • Place walnuts into a skillet, drizzle with coconut oil or walnut oil and toast over medium heat until they be-come 1 shade darker.
  • Transfer walnuts to a blender and add chickpeas, vinaigrette and the cayenne pepper
  • Blend tighter until smooth and creamy
  • Serve with vegetables of seed crackers.
