Crunchy and munchy describe this nut mixture.  Easy to eat on the go and a fantastic way to diffuse the temptation to eat chips or candy.  Nuts are a wonderful source of excellent fats so eat up!



  • 5 cups of raw, whole pecans and/or almonds
  • 1 organic egg white
  • 1 tbsp filtered water
  • 1/2 cup xylitol
  • 1 tbsp ground organic cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes or until the nut mixture has browned.
