Chia Seed Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

2 bananas, sliced
4 dates, pitted and halved
2 cups coconut milk yogurt
1/4 cup coconut water
1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup chia seeds

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients into blender.
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Place in airtight container and chill for 20 minutes prior to serving.
  4. Add to bowls and top with hemp seeds, strawberries, and raspberries
