Grainless, Dairy Free Macaroni and Cheese

The ultimate comfort food just got a major upgrade in this Dairy-free Mac and Cheese!

 

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 2 TSP Garlic Powder
  • 1 TSP OnionPowder
  • 1 CUP Almond Milk
  • 2 TBSP Vegan Butter (Mykonos Cashew Butter)
  • 2 TBSP Vegan Cream Cheese (Kate Hill Almond Cream Cheese)
  • 1 Box Grainless Shells (by Banza)
  • 1/2 TSP Smoked Paprika
  • 1 TSP Himalayan Salt
  • 1 Bag Vegan Cheddar Cheese (Mykonos Shredded Cheddar)

DIRECTIONS:

  • In a large pot bring 6-8 cups of water to boil.
  • Add the Banza shells and cook per instructions on the box.
  • Drain when complete.and return to the large pot
  • Add vegan butter, vegan cream cheese and vegan cheese and stir well until completely mixed and melted
  • Add almond milk, garlic & onion powder, paprika and salt, stirring well
  • Serve once thoroughly mixed and ENJOY!
