Intentionality – It’s Intimately Connected To Your Health! Are You Intentional?

The word intention is defined as the mental state of a being committing themselves to a course of action. I propose that the course of action is infinite, as long as the being is open to any and every idea of improving the outcome. Answer these questions for yourself:
Why have I chosen to do the things I am doing today?
Am I motivated to do these things?
Will these things improve the outcome within the context of my life and/or others?

In the context of health, these should (used begrudgingly) be simple questions for you to answer. Are you intending on improving your health or someone else’s today?

If they are not, consider asking yourself this: If the outcome of everything I choose to do today results in me or someone I love heading towards a disease process or state, will I be ok with that? Are you motivated now?

The point is that knowing what your intentions are is the building block to living your life. The intention makes seemingly pointless things meaningful, and allows action to take the place of inaction.

Keep in mind, your inaction may still involve an action, just not one that is intentional on building towards achieving a goal. Be intentional with everything you do.

Laying it All Out There

The only way to achieve a goal is to intentionally want to make steps towards achieving that goal. How can that be done?

It starts with laying the foundation of steps that are needed to be taken at the beginning of each day or week. Depending on the goal, the need to revisit those steps can vary, as long as the intent is outlined before those steps are taken.

We lay the foundational steps to ensure that you are doing everything in your power to live a life at the highest energy vibration possible. When that happens, you will be free from disease, and able to deal and adapt to all of the stress’s life throws at you.

Do you WANT that? Do you?!?!?!

Are YOU intentional about making choices and taking actions that will lead to the outcome of your greatest health? If not, I am charging you right now to change your thinking, change your thoughts, because by simply putting the idea into your head that you want a different outcome, your body will subconsciously start moving in the direction of that outcome.

If you want to heal, then heal. If you want a promotion, you start working towards that promotion.

The Importance of Influence

The order of operations you need to remember is this: An idea you have forms the start of the chain. Your ideas turn into thoughts. Your thoughts create a procedure or a process in your brain, specific behavior patterns. This pattern helps to dictate the actions you take to interact with everything in your life.

How the actions influence you will allow new ideas to form. And the cycle repeats itself. This is why people who have influence over others are so powerful. They are able to influence your ideas, which as you can now see will influence the actions you take.

How and what are you influenced by? This will dictate your intentions. A negative example is so much of modern television or social media. It has become designed to influence you and your behaviors. As a result, so many intentions are set by the influence the media and those you see on social media have on you.

In a more important phrase, your intentions are LIMITED by what influences you. There is a popular phrase that has some truth to it: “You will be the average the 5 closest people to you in your life.” Why? Because they have the most influence over you, and therefore will dictate the intentions that you have in your life, therefore determining the actions that you will take.

But let’s keep it simple: If the people closest to you in life help you to vibrate at a higher energy level, that’s a positive thing, since you know that in the repeating cycle this will only improve the outcomes in your life over time. On the other hand, if those around you lower your vibrational energy with their influence, the cycle you continue to live in will continue to have poor life outcomes. And here is the real kicker.

Selfishly, this makes perfect sense. But what gets left out is the humility of how your vibrational energy influences others. You are part of someone’s influencing circle. Maybe many people’s circles, even if they are not a part of influence in yours. Do you want to leave this world one day having raised or lowered the Energy of Life that is in those you influence?

Bringing this back to health, do you want to bring those you influence towards health or towards disease? What is your intention?

This is no longer just about the intentions you have for yourself, but recognizing that the intentions you set will influence the lives of those around you, whether you consciously know it or not. And if you really want to be big in life, to love life, the only way to achieve that is to be intentional about raising your vibrational energy for the love of those around you.

How humbling is that? You have heard the Christmas or holiday phrase, “It is better to give than to receive.” What are doing to give energy in your life today?
