- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2-3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 Tbsp ginger minced
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 16 ounces of shredded vegetables (cabbage, carrots, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, kale)
- 4 Tbsp coconut aminos
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
On medium/high heat coconut and sesame oil. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds. Add ground turkey and cook until brown. Add vegetables and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Add coconut aminos and rice vinegar. Serve immediately.
