This drink is a great way to replenish electrolytes lost during working or your normal day to day activity due to the power of coconut water.  It is super-hydrating and has added benefits of supercharged antioxidant berries.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz organic, unflavored coconut water. (You can get this from opening a young, thai coconut or purchasing packaged coconut water – make sure the only ingredient is coconut water)
  • Handful of frozen blueberries, blackberries or raspberries
  • Juice of one medium/large lemon
  • Dash of stevia

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a Vitamix or high powered blender
  • Serve and enjoy
