New Age Grainless Rolls

A healthy alternative to regular store-bought rolls that are filled with grain, these rolls are superb for sandwiches, grass-fed burgers or all by themselves as a snack.


1 1/2 cups organic almond flour

5 tablespoons psyllium husk powder

2 teaspoons aluminum-free baking powder

1 teaspoon Celtic or Himalayan sea salt

2 tablespoons raw, organic apple cider vinegar (with Mother)

2 organic cage-free eggs or 3 organic cage-free egg whites

1 cup boiling purified water


Combine all dry ingredients.

Add eggs and apple cider vinegar and mix thoroughly.

Add the boiling water and continue mixing until completely combined.  It will become a very sticky dough.

Divide the mixture into 5 rolls.  Form them into nicely shaped rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 50 minutes at 350.
