Ingredients:
- 1 Full Head Cauliflower
- 3 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Raw Thick Cut Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Lime, Juiced
- 2 TBSP Cilantro, Chopped
Seasoning:
- 2 TBSP Garlic Powder
- 2 TSP Himalayan Salt
- 2 TSP Paprika
- 1/2 TSP Oregano
- 1/2 TSP Onion Powder
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 400F, Mix all spices in a glass bowl
- Slice Cauliflower into 1-1.5” steaks, starting from the center and working to the ends (which usually crumble)
- Lay the slices on a baking tray and brush both sides with olive oil
- Sprinkle the spice evenly on both sides, rubbing into the slices if needed
- Bake for 20 min, remove and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
- Return to oven and bake another 5-7 min
- Remove and garnish with lime juice and cilantro
