Beat Parasites the All-Natural Way

Don’t freak out, but there is a 50/50 chance that, as you read this right now, a foreign pathogenic parasite is living inside your body. Most commonly these include Candida (yeast), roundworms, hookworms, flukes, tapeworms, nematodes and other various parasites. Most of these get into us via unclean water, consuming shellfish and pork products and from having pets (80% of dogs and 60% of cats have parasites themselves).

Gross, right?

Now I’m speaking from experience here. I’ve personally overcome Candida (which took a long time and lots of fasting and l0w carb days combined with everything you read below) and small “liver parasites” that presented as “liver stones,” a precursor to Gall Stones. How did I know I had these? I DIDN’T! Parasites are often asymptomatic (no symptoms) and I was honestly only aware when I said to myself: “You know, self, I have never done a parasite detox, lets see what happens when I do one.” (That’s the kind of person I am after all).

There are some “classic” symptoms associated with parasite infection. However, most people assume these are often due to some other condition:

Constipation, gas/bloating, diarrhea, aches and pain in back and or joints, IBS, allergies, itchy areas on skin/body, chronic fatigue, skin problems, teeth grinding, teeth clenching, anemia, forgetfulness, vision problems, insomnia/sleeping issues, gallstones.

Fortunately, we now have enough information available to us to know what types of things parasites do not like. By following specifically designed protocols using natural compounds, parasites can be effectively removed from the body without doing extensive damage to the gut. As a result, you will likely feel greater energy, restored digestive function, and overall returning of vitality.

Here are 12 natural and alternative methods to go after parasites:

  • Black Walnut: Contains large amounts of Juglone – which has the ability to target specific types of fungi and various strains of mold and parasites. It also has a laxative effect which helps eliminate parasites in the stool.
  • Garlic: Broad spectrum natural antimicrobial properties against parasites, bacteria, virus and fungus. Its an excellent anti-inflammatory as well. For parasites, it’s best to administer a garlic enema as most parasites are found in the colon and stool.
  • Oregano: Another exceptional broad spectrum antimicrobial. For nail fungus, apply directly onto the affected area twice daily. For candida, consume encapsulated oregano oil two to three times daily. For ringworm/athlete’s foot, mix with coconut oil for topical application.
  • Pumpkin Seed: Exceptional against roundworm and other worm infections in the GI system. You can eat them whole or grind them into a “powder/flour,” which you can sprinkle onto almost any other food.
  • Lavender: In addition to relaxation, this herb is exceptional at attacking yeast, bacteria and even MRSA. Best when used in its oil form topically or orally when combined with coconut oil.
  • Passion Flower: Classically used to calm anxiety, passion flower is loaded with alkaloids, phenols and glycoside flavonoids that are able to target pathogens. Often passion flower helps with the insomnia associated with parasitic infection.
  • Wormseed: This herb is not very well known, yet it has significant power against fungi and bacteria, specifically H.Pylori–which often precedes a parasitic infection. Stomach acid is the first line of defense against consumed pathogens, and H.Pylori often results in an acid blocker prescription, only making the issue worse.
  • Sweet Wormwood: aka artemisia, it has strong inhibitory power against malaria parasites as well as other various worms that get into our GI system. Some research suggests its also anti-inflammatory and anti-cancerous.
  • Grapefruit seed: Citrus Bioflavadoins are powerful anti-microbials. Grapefruit seed is also high in hesperidin which again, is highly anti-fungal and antimicrobial (virus, bacteria, etc).
  • Bearberry: aka Uva-Ursi. Yet again, another herb with anti-parasitic power. It’s also quite famous for helping UTIs that are often yeast/candida related.
  • Goldenseal: Loaded with Berberine, which is a well known for its antibacterial, anti-parasitic and anti-yeast properties. Goldenseal works by increasing butyrate in the gut, a fatty acid needed to produce ketones, burn fat, boost energy and decrease blood sugar.
  • Guarana: Often used in energy drinks, it’s also loaded with Tannins (like cocoa and tea) that have anti-fungal properties.

There are just so many options. There is no need to fear the parasite. The parasite should fear you!
