Apple Cider Elixir

This is a fabulous morning or evening detoxification elixir.  It combines the anti-inflammatory power of apple cider vinegar with the alkalinizing secrets of lemon juice and blood stabilizing effects of cinnamon.  Enjoy once daily for gentle detoxification support.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 TBSP organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 TBSP lemon juice
  • 1 TSP cinnamon
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • Optional: liquid stevia or 1 TBSP raw, organic honey

Directions

  • Stir ingredients together and sip this drink in the morning or before sleeping.
