Ingredients
- 1 Medium Butternut Squash
- 1 TBSP Coconut Oil
- 1 Small Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 TSP Turmeric
- 1/2 TSP Cinnamon
- 4 CUPS Bone Broth
- 1 CUP Coconut milk
- Sea Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and roast butternut squash with spices.
- Mince garlic, cut onion.
- Sauté onion and garlic in a pot until soft.
- Simmer roasted squash with broth for 10 min.
- Blend until smooth and stir in coconut milk.
- Serve with fresh herbs.
