INGREDIENTS (All Organic):
- 1 CUP Cassava Flour
- 1/4 CUP Arrowroot Powder
- 1/2 TSP Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 TSP Baking Soda
- 1/4 CUP Grass Fed Butter
- 1 TSP Apple Cider
- Vinegar
- 2 TBSP Water
- 2 Eggs
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line a stainless-steel baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Using a fork cut the butter into the dry ingredients until you have a course dough.
- Beat the eggs, apple cider vinegar & water then add to the dry mix to form a dough
- Divide into 6 equal pieces and form into a biscuit with your hands (roughly 3” round by 1” thick”)
- Bake at 350F for 15 min. Remove and cool for 2-3 min before serving.
