Cassava Flour Drop Biscuits

INGREDIENTS (All Organic):

  • 1 CUP Cassava Flour
  • 1/4 CUP Arrowroot Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Himalayan Salt
  • 1/2 TSP Baking Soda
  • 1/4 CUP Grass Fed Butter
  • 1 TSP Apple Cider
  • Vinegar
  • 2 TBSP Water
  • 2 Eggs


  • Preheat oven to 350F. Line a stainless-steel baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Using a fork cut the butter into the dry ingredients until you have a course dough.
  • Beat the eggs, apple cider vinegar & water then add to the dry mix to form a dough
  • Divide into 6 equal pieces and form into a biscuit with your hands (roughly 3” round by 1” thick”)
  • Bake at 350F for 15 min. Remove and cool for 2-3 min before serving.
