Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of room temperature organic cream cheese
- 4 ounces of room temperature grass fed butter
- 4 ounces of organic unrefined coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons of orange extract
- Sweeteners (optional)
- 1/4 to 1/2 scoop PureMonk (by Julian Bakery)
- or 10-15 drops Sweet Leaf Plain Stevia
- or 1-2 tsp Swerve (erythritol oligosaccharides)
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to VitaMix and blend well. Alternatively combine and mix with
an electric mixer for 1 to 2 minutes until creamy.
2. Transfer batter into silicone mold and freeze 30 minutes. Keep frozen until consumed
