Chocolate Almond Butter Full Fat Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk (organic, canned)
  • 1/2 organic avocado
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • 3 tablespoons organic almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon cacao nibs (optional)
  • 1 serving of whey or vegetarian chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp stevia or monk fruit powder

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth and creamy
