No Sugar Chocolate Almond Butter Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  1. 2 Scoops chocolate bone broth protein
  2. 12 ounces coconut milk
  3. 2 TBSP almond butter
  4. 2 TBSP cocoa powder
  5. 1-2 TBSP monk fruit sweetener
  6. 1/2 TSP vanilla extract
  7. Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Blend Ingredients using a motorized blender.
  2. Freeze mixture for at least 24 hours.
  3. Place mixture into Ninja Creami and select “lite ice cream”. Blend.
  4. Spoon a hole into the mixture and add more coconut milk until filled.
  5. Respin.
  6. Enjoy a high protein sugar free ice cream!
