First thing you’ll need is a heart-shaped mold. You can get them at Walmart for as low as $10.
This should only take you about five minutes to make and yields 10-12 bite-sized fat bombs.
Ingredients
- 1 cup organic coconut butter (not oil)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon of gluten free vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of stevia powder extract
Directions
First thing is to get a double-boiler going. Take a large pot and boil water in it. Place a glass bowl or a smaller pot into the boiling water.
Put all of the ingredients into the bowl (or small pot) and slowly mix them while the coconut butter melts.
Once you’ve got a nice mix, take the bowl (or small pot) out of the boiling water. Put the mix into the fridge for about 30 minutes until it’s as hard as your coconut butter.
Portion the mix into your heart-shaped mold, filling every mold to the top. Then, once they’re shaped into hearts, remove them, plate them and let them sit in the fridge for another hour before serving.
