- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed (flax meal)
- 1 tbsp ground almonds (almond meal)
- 1 tbsp finely ground dried coconut flakes 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup nut milk (almond, macadamia etc)
- Fresh Berries
- Chia Seeds
- Pumpkin Seeds
Ingredients are based on a single serving size. Adjust according to desired number of servings.
- In a medium bowl mix well with the flax and almond meal, coconut flakes and cinnamon.
- Pour the nut milk, coconut milk, and vanilla extract into a saucepan and warm over medium heat.
- Stir in the dry ingredients and simmer on low/ medium until the mixture thickens.
- Transfer to a bowl, top with additional toppings if desired and enjoy!
