Ingredients:
- 1 Wild-caught salmon
- Sea salt
- Dijon mustard
- Fresh dill
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Spray baking sheet with grapeseed oil spray.
- Salt salmon and place on baking sheet.
- Add a thin layer of Dijon mustard and coat with dill.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes depending on size of fish, then broil for 5-7 minutes.
