-1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or — coconut milk
-1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries) -1 tablespoon almond butter or cashew butter
-1 tablespoon chia seeds
-1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
-1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions:
-Place all the ingredients, including the banana, into a blender.
-If you prefer a colder and thicker smoothie, you can add a handful of ice cubes at this point.
