A little bit tangy. A little bit of spice. Very easy to make and makes you feel like a gourmet in the kitchen. This South American recipe packs all of the health benefits of free-range chicken, limes and cumin into a delicious dinner.
- 2 lb. skinless, boneless organic, free-range chicken breast
- 2 limes
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 tsp. sea salt
- 1⁄4 tsp. chili powder
- 1⁄4 tsp. cumin
Place chicken into a glass baking dish. Squeeze the juice of 2 limes over the chicken.
Sprinkle the chicken with sea salt. Top the chicken breast evenly with the garlic. Sprinkle with chili powder and cumin.
Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Place on grill or in broiler until golden brown.
