The ultimate comfort food just got a major upgrade in this Dairy-free Mac and Cheese!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 TSP Garlic Powder
- 1 TSP OnionPowder
- 1 CUP Almond Milk
- 2 TBSP Vegan Butter (Mykonos Cashew Butter)
- 2 TBSP Vegan Cream Cheese (Kate Hill Almond Cream Cheese)
- 1 Box Grainless Shells (by Banza)
- 1/2 TSP Smoked Paprika
- 1 TSP Himalayan Salt
- 1 Bag Vegan Cheddar Cheese (Mykonos Shredded Cheddar)
DIRECTIONS:
- In a large pot bring 6-8 cups of water to boil.
- Add the Banza shells and cook per instructions on the box.
- Drain when complete.and return to the large pot
- Add vegan butter, vegan cream cheese and vegan cheese and stir well until completely mixed and melted
- Add almond milk, garlic & onion powder, paprika and salt, stirring well
- Serve once thoroughly mixed and ENJOY!
